Training of Trainers (ToT) Course on Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) by IRCF at Namaha Hospital
A highly impactful Training of Trainers (ToT) course in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) was successfully conducted under the banner of the Indian Resuscitation Council Foundation (IRCF).
Dr. Rashesh Diwan, National Director for Training and Education in CPR, led the session as the chief faculty. The program was attended by 28 MD-qualified anaesthesiologists, all of whom were previously BCLS-certified.
This advanced training was aimed at enabling these delegates to become skilled educators in CPR, equipping them to train others in a protocol-driven and systematic manner. It was an inspiring academic experience — a day well spent!
A special word of gratitude to Namaha Hospital for providing world-class infrastructure and seamless support for this academic event.
With this training, the team is now empowered to extend BCLS education to:
MBBS and non-MBBS doctors
Paramedical and nursing staff
And even members of the general public
This marks a vital step toward building a CPR-aware society. We are committed to continuously sharing these life-saving skills across the healthcare community and beyond.
Together, let’s build a CPR-ready India!
