On the occasion of World Anaesthesia Day, celebrated on 16th October 2025, the Public Cell of Kandivali Medical Association (KMA) conducted a highly impactful CPR and Defibrillator Teaching Session for the public.
The session, held at L.M. Patel Eye Hospital, Malad (West), was organized by the Rotary Club of Mumbai and witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 70 attendees.

He highlighted the importance of community awareness and timely CPR in improving survival outcomes after cardiac arrest.

This initiative by KMA’s Public Cell exemplifies the association’s commitment to public education, community welfare, and emergency preparedness. The overwhelming response reflected the growing awareness and eagerness among citizens to learn vital lifesaving skills.
